Portsea Hole - Port Phillip Heads Marine National Park special mark buoys – Unlit

Details:

Mariners are advised that the special mark buoys, with characteristics Fl.Y.5s

marking the boundary of Portsea Hole (Port Phillip Heads Marine National

Park), at approximate locations (WGS84) are unlit.

• 38° 18.567’S, 144° 42.667’E (North)

• 38° 18.717’S, 144° 42.850’E (Eastern)

• 38° 18.800’S, 144° 42.750’E (Southern)

• 38° 18.667’S, 144° 42.533’E (Western)

The lights will be reinstated as soon as practical.

Mariners are advised to continue to navigate with caution and within the

speed limit near the Marine National Park.
