Tuesday 4 November 2025 0830hrs to 1030hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of the Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club Cup swim

event in waters off Williamstown Beach during the times nominated above.

A set aside area will exist around the competition course, which is bounded by the

following approximate locations (WGS84):

1. 37°52.080’S, 144°53.416’E 2. 37°52.151’S, 144°53.405’E

3. 37°52.174’S, 144°53.539’E 4. 37°52.118’S, 144°53.603’E

The event course will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event

marshals.

Mariners are advised to observe signage and directions from officials and to

navigate with caution within the vicinity of the event.

Relevant Law:

The set aside has been established under the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2025. Entry is prohibited to all persons excluding the event participants and Parks Victoria officers.
