Wave Monitoring Special Mark Buoy Damaged

Details:

Mariners are advised that the Special Mark buoy with characteristics Fl(Y)2.5s, marking a wave monitoring buoy off Black Rock at approximate location (WGS84): 37˚58.719’S, 144˚59.730’E has been damaged. The wave monitoring buoy and special mark buoy may be unlit and have limited visibility.
The Special Mark and wave monitoring buoy arrangement will be reinstated as soon as practicable.
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the buoys.
