Emergency Response Training Exercise

Date:

Monday 17 November and Tuesday 18 November 2025.

Details:

Mariners are advised of an emergency response training exercise in the vicinity of

Portarlington Harbour during the times noted above. The exercise will be

undertaken during daylight hours only in the area to the west of Portarlington

Harbour at approximate location (WGS84): 38o 6.570’S, 144o 38.778’E.

A barge and support vessel Mundu and Angelora will be used to support the

training exercise and will be monitoring VHF Channel 12 & 16.

Mariners are requested to keep clear of the training exercise and to navigate with

caution in the vicinity.
