Mariners are advised that a temporary Special Mark buoy with characteristics Fl(4) Y. 10s 3M, marking the southern corner of the Clifton Springs Aquaculture Fisheries Reserve at approximate location: 38°08.141'S, 144°33.833'E, has been established. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the reserve.
