Mariners are advised that the lit Special Mark buoy with characteristics FL (Y) 2.5s, marking a wave monitoring buoy in the vicinity of Collins Bay, Portsea at the following approximate location (WGS84): 38° 019.222'S, 144° 43.914'E has been re-established.
