Half Moon Bay - Swim Event

Date:

28 February 2026 between 0600hrs and 1400hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of the Cerberus Swim Classic swim event in the vicinity of Half Moon Bay and Black Rock Boat Ramp, during the times nominated above. The event area will be patrolled by marshals and is bounded by the shore and the following approximate locations (WGS84): 1. 37°57.622’S, 145°00.443’E 3. 37°57.920’S, 145°00.432’E 2. 4. 37°57.742’S, 145°00.286’E 37°57.916’S, 145°00.593’E Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the event and to observe signage and directions from event marshals.

Relevant Law:

The set aside has been established under the Port Management (local ports) Regulations 2025. Entry is prohibited to all persons excluding involved in the event and Parks Victoria officers
