Victorian Notice to Mariners

Mariners are advised of artificial reef installation works during the dates noted above. The works will take place 800m SSW of Kerferd Road Pier at approximate location: 37˚51.370’S, 144˚56.810’E (WGS84). Works will be carried out by vessels ‘The Beverley Anne’ and support vessel ‘Reel Easy’ that may be restricted in their ability to manoeuvre. When divers are operating, a white and blue flag (Alpha) will be displayed in accordance with the international standards. On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the works.
