Victorian Notice to Mariners

Mariners are advised of artificial reef installation works by Ozfish at Mornington on the date noted above. The works will take place from a chartered vessel 1.3nm to the northeast of Mornington harbour at approximate location (WGS84): 38° 12.176’S, 145° 03.208’E. When divers are operating, a white and blue flag (Alpha) will be displayed in accordance with the international standards. On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the works.
