Flinders Pier Set Aside Area - Removed

Details:

Mariners are advised the temporary set aside area established around the Flinders Pier as indicated in map 1 below has been removed.

Relevant Law:

The set aside was established under Regulation 10(1)(c) of the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulation 2025. Entry is prohibited to all persons excluding individuals involved in the works and Parks Victoria Officers.

Previous notice:

088(T)-25 is referred and cancelled
