Mariners are advised that the North Cardinal Beacon, marking the eastern end of 
Ramblers Road Reef with characteristics Q1W, at approximate location:
38°06.809’S, 144°37.286’E (WGS84), has been repaired and is now lit. 
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of Ramblers 
Road Reef and Point Richards.
