St Kilda Pier Inner Landing - Maintenance Dredging

Details:

Mariners are advised of maintenance dredging works at the Inner Landing of St Kilda Pier at approximate location 37˚ 51.870’S, 144˚ 58.160’E (WGS84).
 
Dredging works will be carried out by a cutter suction dredge along the landing. Dredged material will be deposited on the harbour beach, north of the slipway.
 
On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.
 
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the vicinity of Inner Landing while the dredge is operating.
