Mariners are advised that a lit Special Mark water quality monitoring buoy with characteristics Fl(2).Y.5s, has been established in the Geelong Arm Outer Harbour, at approximate location (WGS84) 38°06.335’S, 144°27.828’E. 

 Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the buoy.
