As
the Port Manager of Western port, Parks Victoria has set aside an area Western port
to facilitate the Cowes Community Carols Fireworks display & Cowes New Year’s
Eve Fireworks display organised by Bass Coast Shire Council from 1930hrs to 2130hrs on Thursday
11th December 2025 & Wednesday 31st December 2025.
The set aside prohibits entry to all persons and vessels excluding the event participants and
Parks Victoria staff in the area between times and dates
