Notice of Intent to Dispose of Vessel - 5m White Catamaran
Details:
This notice is to advise that under the Port Management (Local Port) Regulations 2025, Regulation 50(1)(c) that Parks Victoria intends to dispose of the following vessel: White Catamaran, approximately 5m in length found washed ashore in Limeburner's Bay, Geelong.
Parks Victoria has been unable to identify or locate the owner of this vessel.
If you are the owner of this vessel, please contact Parks Victoria via email at
moorings@parks.vic.gov.au or via phone 13 1963.
If the owner of the vessel fails to contact Parks Victoria within 21 days of the date of this notice, the
vessel will be disposed of in accordance with Regulation 50.
