As the Port Manager of Port Phillip, Parks Victoria has set aside an area of Port Phillip to facilitate the Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club Cup event organised by Melbourne Open Water Swimming Club Inc from 8.00am to 11.00am on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 at the location marked Waters of Williamstown beach on the attached map. The set aside prohibits all persons and vessels not involved with the event from entering the area between times and dates as outlined.
