Corio Bay – Steampacket Quay – Floating Christmas Tree Barge Installation

Monday 4th November 2019

Details:

Mariners are advised of a barge installation to support the Geelong Floating Christmas Tree, to be moored at approximate location 38°08.598S, 144°21.755E (WGS84), adjacent to the Cunningham Pier on the date noted above. Submerged cables and moorings supporting the barge are marked with exclusion and marker buoys. The floating Christmas tree will be lit from dusk to dawn.
Mariners are advised to obey speed limits and navigate with caution in the vicinity of Steampacket Quay.
