Patterson River Entrance - Maintenance Dredging

Details:

Mariners are advised of maintenance dredging works at the entrance of Patterson River at approximate location 38˚04.401’S, 145˚07.180’E (WGS84).
Dredging works will be carried out by a cutter suction dredge. Dredged material will be deposited on the adjacent beach, south of the River entrance.
On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.
Mariners are reminded to navigate within the designated speed limit and exercise caution within the vicinity of the dredging works, and the LXRA bridge works at Patterson River.
