Lonsdale Bay – Rip View Swim Event – date amendment

Date:

Sunday 05 January 2020 from 0700 hours to 1600 hours.

Details:

Mariners are advised of an open water swim event at Point Lonsdale during the times nominated above.

The competition is occurring in the area shoreward of the following approximate locations (WGS84):

1. 38˚16.561’S, 144˚39.189’E 3. 38˚16.609’S, 144˚37.638’E

2. 38˚16.509’S, 144˚38.337’E 4. 38˚17.220’S, 144˚37.249’E

The competition area will be delineated by marker buoys and will be patrolled by event marshals.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the competition area during the times of the event.
