Kananook Creek Mouth - Maintenance Dredging Works - Extended

Date:

Monday 2 March to Friday 6 March 2020, weather permitting.

Details:

Mariners are advised that the maintenance dredging works undertaken by Frankston City Council in the vicinity of Kananook Creek entrance, at approximate location 38˚08.739’S, 145˚06.965’E (WGS84) have been extended.

Dredging works will be carried out by long reach excavator. Dredged material will be deposited for beach renourishment at the adjacent Frankston beach.

Plant and equipment will be stored ashore during the works.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution and within the designated speed limit in the vicinity of the works.
