Tankerton Pier – Pile Inspection Works

28 April 2020 until 26 May 2020

Details:

Mariners are advised of pile inspection works underneath Tankerton Pier at approximate location 38°22.990’S, 145°16.240’E (WGS84).

The works will take place underneath the pier, using divers and support vessels.

When divers are operating, a white and blue flag (Alpha) will be displayed in accordance with international standards.

On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of Tankerton Pier.
