Portarlington Harbour Upgrade – Demolition and Construction Works

Details:

Mariners are advised of upgrade works at Portarlington Harbour, at approximate location (WGS84): 3806.659’S, 14439.161’E. The works will involve demolition and construction works around the pier approach and pier head. The Northern Low Landing will also be closed. The works will be undertaken with the use of 2 barges, a floating pontoon and work boats commencing now and extending until approximately September 2022. On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of Portarlington Harbour.
