Altona Beach - Western Suburbs Triathlon Event

Sunday 27 February 2022, 0600hrs to 0830hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of a triathlon event at Altona Beach during the times nominated above.

The swim is occurring in an area east of Altona Pier, which is bounded between by shore and the following approximate locations (WGS84):

1. 37°52.403’S, 144°49.816’E 2. 37°52.378’S, 144°50.019’E

The competition area will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event marshals.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within in the vicinity of the event and observe signage and directions from event officials.
