Kananook Creek Mouth - Maintenance Dredging Works

Date:

Monday 7 March to Friday 11 March, weather permitting.

Details:

Mariners are advised of regular maintenance dredging works to be undertaken by Frankston City Council in the vicinity of Kananook Creek entrance, at approximate location 38˚08.739’S, 145˚06.965’E (WGS84).
Dredging works will be carried out by long reach excavators and moxy trucks. The creek entrance remains open while works are underway with vessel traffic management in place.
Plant and equipment will be stored ashore during the works.
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution and observe signage and follow instruction from the dredging contractor within the vicinity of the works.
