Werribee South Beach – Triathlon Swim Event

Date:

Saturday 30 April from 06:00hrs to 19:00hrs, and Sunday 01 May 2022 from 0600hrs to 14:00hrs.

Details:

Mariners are advised of swim events at Werribee South Beach during the times and dates nominated above.

The swim races will occur off the beach in a set aside area which is bounded by the shore and the following approximate locations (WGS84):

1. 37°58.504’S, 144°41.740’E 2. 37°58.519’S ,144°41.692’E

The competition area will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event marshals

Mariners are advised to observe signage and directions from event officials and navigate with caution within the vicinity of the event.

Relevant Law:

A set aside has been established under Regulation 11(1)(2) of the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015
