Queenscliff Creek Port Lateral Pile – Non-operational

Details:

Mariners are advised Queenscliff Creek Port Lateral Pile with characteristic

Q.R. situated south east of Queenscliff creek entrance at approximate location 38˚16.062’S, 144˚40.594’E (WGS84), has failed and is non-operational.

A temporary Port Lateral Buoy with the below characteristics and approximate location has been installed:

1. Red, Pillar shape, Q.R, 38˚16.062’S, 144˚40.594’E (WGS84)

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the failed pile.
