Altona Beach - Western Suburbs Triathlon Event

Sunday 29th January 2023 from 0600hrs to 1130hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of a triathlon swim event at Altona Beach during the times nominated above.

The event is occurring in an area east of Altona Pier, and bounded by the shore and the following approximate locations (WGS84):

1. 37°52.403’S, 144°49.816’E; 2. 37°52.378’S, 144°50.019’E

The competition area will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event marshals.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the vicinity of the event during the date and times nominated above and observe signage and directions from event officials.
