Mordialloc Creek Temporary Lit Special Mark Buoy Installed

Details:

Mariners are advised that a temporary lit Special Mark Buoy has been

installed within Mordialloc Creek, at approximate location (WGS84):

38°00. 561'S, 145°05.316'E. The buoy has been installed by the Department

of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) in the vicinity of the

Nepean Highway Bridge and is lit with characteristics FL.Y.

The buoy has been installed to alert mariners of a narrow channel width

adjacent to a floating pontoon.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of

the buoy.
