West Channel

West Channel Beacon Remediation Works

Date:

3 April to 21 April 2023, weather permitting.

Details:

Mariners are advised that Beacon remediation works, including underwater works, at the West Channel will be undertaken during the period in the locations as outlined in the table and in the sketch attached, from Beacon No:13 to Beacon No.2.

The installation works will require the use of the following Marine plant:

· Taylia-Rose – Crew transfer

· DSV Matilda Mae – Dive support vessel

· Dangerfield – Work Vessel

Mariners are advised during marine operations, a temporary exclusion zone with no wake of 100 metres will be established around the beacon, authorised vessels of the operations excepted.

Mariners are advised to navigate with minimum wash and exercise caution within the vicinity of the works.

A further Notice will be issued if any changes and on completion of works.
