Mariners are advised of the removal of seven destination moorings in Western Port, from the following approximate locations at Cowes and Cleeland Bight (WGS84):

Cowes

1. 38° 26.865’S, 145° 13.909’E

2. 38° 26.882’S, 145° 13.872’E

3. 38° 26.890’S, 145° 13.836’E

4. 38° 26.900’S, 145° 13.796’E

Cleeland Bight

1. 38° 32.001’S, 145° 20.558’E
2. 38° 32.101’S, 145° 20.526’E

3. 38° 32.075’S, 145° 20.525’E

The destination moorings were at the end of their service life and have been removed to ensure public safety.

Mariners are notified of the removal of the seven moorings.
