Details:

Mariners are advised that the RBYC3 lit yellow special mark buoy, with characteristics fl(4)Y.12s, with charted position off Elwood at approximate location 37°54.463'S, 144°57.159'E (WGS84), is missing.

The buoy and light will be reinstated as soon as practicable.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the missing buoy.
