Williamstown - Gem Pier filming event

Wednesday 27 November 2024 0815hrs to 1730hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of a filming event on the waters to the east of Gem Pier during the times nominated above.

A set aside area will exist around the filming area, which is bounded by the following approximate locations (WGS84):

BUOY 1: 37°51.682'S, 144°54.298'E

BUOY 2: 37°51.695'S, 144°54.287'E

BUOY 3: 37°51.705'S, 144°54.308'E

BUOY 4: 37°51.705'S, 144°54.298'E

The filming area will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by filming marshals.

Mariners are prohibited from entering the set aside area during the date and times nominated above and are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the declared set aside area.

Relevant Law:

The set aside has been established under the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015. Entry is prohibited to all persons excluding the event participants and Parks Victoria officers.
