Brighton Beach – Triathlon Swim Event – 2XU Tri Series Race 2

Date:

Sunday 8 December 2024, between 0650hrs and 0930hrs.

Details:

Mariners are advised of a swim event at Brighton Beach during the times nominated above. 
Multiple swim races will occur off the beach in the area which is bounded by the shore and the following approximate locations (WGS84): 1. 37° 55.743’S, 144° 59.048’E 2. 37° 55.647'S, 144° 59.137'E 

The competition area will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event marshals.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the event during the date and times nominated above and observe signage and directions from event officials.

Relevant Law:

The set aside has been established under Regulation 11(1)(2) of the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015.
