Mariners are advised that the lead light on the White Lady pile light with characteristics Fl(1)w4s approximate location 38° 14.3269'S, 144° 42.2950'E (WGS84) is non-operational.

The light will be reinstated as soon as practicable.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the vicinity of Coles Channel White Lady Lead Mark Pile Light
