Altona Beach – WSTC Triathlon GSS event

Sunday 2 March 2025 between 0800hrs and 1400hrs

Details:

Mariners are advised of an open water swim event during the times nominated above.

A Set Aside exists around the competition area, which is bounded by the following approximate locations (WGS84):

· 37°52.086'S, 144°53.4306'E

· 37°52.0872'S, 144°53.499'E

· 37°52.3278'S, 144°53.5572'E

· 37°52.3284'S, 144°53.4276'E

· 37°52.3338'S, 144°52.9572'E

· 37°52.173'S, 144°53.0634'E

· 37°52.1874'S, 144°53.4294'E

The event course will be delineated by marker buoys and patrolled by event marshals.

Relevant Law:

The set aside has been established under the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015. Entry is prohibited to all persons excluding the event participants and Parks Victoria officers.
