Patterson River Tidal Gates – closures and routine maintenance work

03 March 2025 to 07 March 2025, weather dependant

Details:

Mariners are advised of routine maintenance of the Patterson River tidal gates at the following approximate locations (WGS84).

· 38°4.197'S, 145°8.043'E

· 38°4.142'S, 145°8.16'E

· 38°3.907'S, 145°8.443'E

Works will be marked with marine buoys and conducted from a vessel and divers. Works will occur on weekdays between 7:30am and 4:00pm with set opening and closing times for the gates as below.

· 0730-1000 CLOSED

· 1000-1030 OPEN

· 1030-1300 CLOSED

· 1300-1330 OPEN

· 1330-1600 CLOSED

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the vicinity of the Patterson River tidal gates.
