Tankerton and Cowes

Tankerton Pier and Cowes Jetty Dive Inspections

Monday 17th March until Friday 28th March 2025

Details:

Mariners are advised that divers will be in the water undertaking inspections both Tankerton Pier and Cowes Jetty during dates listed above, at the following locations:

Tankerton Pier location: 38°22.9776'S, 145°16.2758'E (WGS84)

Cowes Jetty location: 38°26.7902'S, 145°14.3852'E (WGS84)

When divers are operating, a white and blue flag (Alpha) will be displayed in accordance with the international standards.

On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the Tankerton Pier and Cowes Jetty when the works are being undertaken.
