Details:

Mariners are advised of the installation of four, yellow, special mark buoys with synchronised light sequence Fl (4) Y 16s 3M.
 
The four fibreglass yellow buoys around the marked area, will form the southern block boundary of the Pinnace Channel Aquaculture Fisheries Reserve at the following approximate locations.

Relevant Law:

The set aside area has been established as a fisheries reserve under the Fisheries Act 1995 while leases over the crown land within the reserve are issued under the Land Act 1958. Marine and Coastal consent and Parks Victoria works permit (Ref 03.25) are held.
