St Kilda, Middle Brighton - Starboard Lateral Marks - Remediation Works – Top marks removed

Details:

Mariners are advised that remediation works will be undertaken on two Starboard Lateral Marks at the following harbours (WGS84):

1. St Kilda Starboard Lateral Mark: 37°51.63'S, 144°57.66'E

2. Middle Brighton Starboard Lateral Mark: 37° 54.30'S, 144° 58.80'E

Fl(1)G 5s

The works will be conducted via barge and support vessel and include the removal of top marks and ladders for pile remediation.

Both marks will remain lit with original light sequences.

On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the works will be marked as per IALA standards.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution when the works are being undertaken and at a speed of 5 knots or less.
