Sorrento Pier Temporary Berthing Restrictions for Maintenance Works

Wednesday 04 June to Wednesday 18 June 2025

Details:

Mariners are advised that berthing will be temporarily unavailable on the outer

western face of Sorrento Pier, at approximate location: 38°20.155’S. 144°44.775’E

(WGS84), to facilitate maintenance works on the fendering system during the times

noted above.

The eastern face of the pier and low landing will remain open and available for

berthing during the works.

On-water plant, equipment and potential hazards to navigation arising from the

works will be marked as per IALA standards.

Mariners are advised of the temporary closure and to navigate with caution

within the vicinity of the works.
