Victorian Notice to Mariners

Mariners are advised of a paddle craft event taking place in waters of Carrum Bight between Patterson River, Frankston and Mordialloc areas during the times noted above. The event courses are as follows; Saturday 18 April 2026 Long Course - Patterson River to Frankston offshore turning buoy and return at the following approximate locations: 1. 38° 04.593’S, 145° 07.055’E 2. 38° 07.983’S, 145° 5.970’E Short Course - Patterson River to Seaford nearshore turning buoy and return at the following approximate locations: 1. 38° 04.593’S, 145° 07.055’E Sunday 19 April 2026 2. 38° 06.562’S, 145° 6.216’E Long Course - Patterson River to Mordialloc offshore turning buoy and return at the following approximate locations: 1. 38° 04.271’S, 145° 06.978’E 2. 38° 01.413’S, 145° 3.832’E Short Course - Patterson River to Edithvale nearshore turning buoy and return at the following approximate locations: 1. 38° 04.271’S, 145° 06.978’E 2. 38° 02.948’S, 145° 05.191’E Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the event and to observe signage and directions from event marshals.
