NOTICE OF BOATING ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE

Parks Victoria as the declared waterway manager for the Yarra River upstream of the Port Waters of the Port of Melbourne hereby gives notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic) that all persons and vessels not registered to take part in the City of Melbourne Docklands Summer Activation are prohibited from entering and remaining in the following waters.

Waters of the Yarra River – within the middle of Victoria Harbour approximately 30 meters west of Central Pier extending approximately 320 metres to North Wharf, covering the width of Victoria Harbour from the outer edge of d’Albora Marina to the outer edge of New Quay West Marina, as marked by a minimum of four lit yellow exclusion zone buoys at each corner.

The exclusion zone will be in effect each day from 11 January to 6 February 2022 for the times detailed in the table below.
