Parks Victoria as the declared waterway manager for the Yarra River Yarra River upstream of the Port Waters of the Port of Melbourne hereby gives notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic) that all persons and vessels not registered to take part in the Now or Never Festival Event are prohibited from entering and remaining in the following waters.

Waters of the Yarra River: Within Victoria Harbour on the southern side of Central Pier, 40 metres around 3 anchored pontoons, approximately 100 metres in from the end of the Pier and extending approximately 60 metres out from the Pier, as marked by 4 exclusion zone buoys with no wash signage at approximate locations:

• 37° 49' 0.9264'' S 144° 56' 38.0292'' E

• 37° 49' 2.6544'' S 144° 56' 37.2732'' E

• 37° 49' 2.9568'' S 144° 56' 36.4308'' E

• 37° 49' 2.3628'' S 144° 56' 34.242'' E

The exclusion zone will be in effect from Monday 14 August 2023 to Tuesday 22 August 2023.
