The Port
Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015 provide that the Port Manager of a
local port may make a determination setting aside an area under Regulation 10
to prohibit access to an area.
Parks Victoria, as Port Manager for the Local Port of Port Phillip, has

Aside areas (zones) will extend approximately 30 metres around the pier head
and low landing, as defined by on site signage and/or Notice to Mariners. Zones
1 and 2 are in effect when on site signage or Notice to Mariners stipulates
that the zone is active. This Determination is in effect from 23:59 hrs, Sunday
28 January 2024, and ceasing at 23:59 hrs on Sunday 30 June 2024. Changes to
