Summer 2025-26 is packed with opportunities to give back while enjoying Victoria’s most iconic national parks and Expressions of Interest to volunteer are now open. 

There are a range of half-day to longer-term opportunities to get involved. 

Whether it’s staying at iconic campgrounds, supporting hikers on remote trails, conservation work, or protecting marine life – there is something for everyone.

Volunteer Track Ranger Program Summer 2025-26

Walk and camp along some of our most iconic – as well as our most remote - walking trails during peak visitation periods, providing hikers with a friendly point-of-contact and up-to-date park information.

Stay at beautiful parks across the state – welcoming visitors, supporting Rangers, assisting with campground maintenance, and helping campers make the most of their time in the outdoors.
