For those looking for something a little easier, you can begin here to explore other fantastic, much shorter sections of the trail.

Macedon Regional Park temporary closure of Hoods Track and Goat Track Section of the Walking TrailHoods Track and the walking track between Bawden Road and the Memorial Cross Reserve (the Goat Track) will be closed for management work between Monday 13th to Friday 17th, and Monday 20th to Friday 24th April 2026.Walkers may access the walking track network towards Camels Hump from the front of the Memorial Cross Reserve.There will be no access via the walking track to Bawden Road from the Memorial Cross Reserve.For your safety, please observe these temporary closures.
