Avalon Coast Day Visitor Area (Avalon Coastal Reserve)

Avalon Coastal Reserve, located on the northern shore of Corio Bay, is an old saltworks site with pedestrian access through a shallow pond system, with significant areas of saltmarsh vegetation. The area provides a secluded walking, bird watching and fishing destination close to Geelong, with basic access and minimal facilities for a self-reliant experience.
