Assistance dogs are welcome in Parks Victoria parks and reserves. Entry requirements apply for parks and reserves that are usually dog prohibited, such as national parks.

Howqua Hills Historic Area Toilet Upgrades
Works are expected to take place between 10th of August - late September 2026, subject to weather conditions as well as material and contractor availability.
Each campground will be closed during works to ensure public safety during construction. The toilet installations will be completed in a staggered approach;
Toilet blocks to be replaced in order of priority;
1. Sheepyard Flat North & Sheepyard Flat South (Campground closed between 11-22 August 2026)
2. Fry’s Flat South & Fry’s Flat North (Campground closed from 24th August 2026 onwards until completion during the seasonal road closure)
