Mount Buffalo Chalet (Mount Buffalo National Park)

Step back in time with a visit to the heritage listed Mount Buffalo Chalet. Built in 1910 by the Victorian Government this large timber building has served generations of skier’s hikers and families over the years. Whilst the Chalet is currently closed to visitors you can appreciate the grandeur of the building from the outside with interpretive signage and tours which can be booked during summer and Easter holidays via our What’s on programs. Visitors may also wonder the terraced European garden which in spring time is a mass of stunning colour and are also heritage listed.
