Gifts, benefits and hospitality register

Gifts, benefits and hospitality are sometimes offered to employees of Parks Victoria. It is important for Parks Victoria to record instances of these offers in a register to comply with the Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy Guide for the Victorian Public Sector (June 2018) set out by the Victorian Public Sector Commission.

All offers of gifts, benefits or hospitality made to Parks Victoria staff must be declared (whether accepted or declined) on Parks Victoria’s internal Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Register. A de-identified register of offers valued at $50 or more will be published on this website annually in accordance with the Parks Victoria Privacy Collection Statement – gift offers.

Our policy and processes meet the Minimum accountabilities for the management of gifts, benefits and hospitality.


Offer register

Information for Gifts, Benefit and Hospitality reporting is gathered where necessary for the performance of Parks Victoria’s functions, and published in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles (Schedule 1) of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.

The Offer register for the most recently completed financial year will be uploaded annually. The registers below cover the current and the previous financial year.
